Platinum SMSF Establishment – $2,475   (Recommended)

LRBA Advice – $990, or free with Platinum SMSF Estblishment

For those considering purchasing a property with a Limted Recourse Borrowing Arangement (LRBA) and don’t want to don’t want to leave the numbers to change.

A dedicated licensed adviser will access your proposed property, conduct a cash flow anlaysis and advise your on the suitability of an LRBA for your fund.

LRBA Documents – $1,650

For those that already have an in depth knowledge of LRBA’s, the acquisition process, cash flow forecasting and understand the risk involved.  

On application we will provide you with the structures required to complete the purchase your property with borrowings.
